  22. (**) This is a masterpiece by Zez Confrey (1895-1971), the "Scott Joplin" of
  23. Novelty Rag. The Novelty approach is to play as fast you could, unlike most
  24. other ragtime. While computer can play faster than any human being, I set the
  25. tempo to what sounded correct, not lightning fast (notes said moderato). This
  26. particular Novelty Rag has never been recorded.
